Based in Washington DC, The Executive Leadership Council does important work in promoting inclusivity in senior and executive management roles around the world. With members hailing from US, Africa and Europe they organise convenings in various places including London.
Despite many years leading the ELC, president & CEO Michael Hyter had limited experience with speaking on promotional videos. He was naturally stiff and apprehensive when I encourage him to anchor the content. After some intensive media training and feedback, I was happy that his introduction and soundbites worked out and we have since developed a very positive relationship.
Since then, I have worked with ELC and their partners such as Google and HSBC on a number of occasions. I am pleased to have been able to help raise the standard of the organisation’s communications and underline the work they do against the ever changing socio-political landscape.
